Confirming Your Booking
Booking manager reviews your request
Our volunteer bookings secretary will be in touch, usually within 3 working days.
Viewing arranged
We'll contact you to arrange a convenient time to visit the Hub.
Visit the Hub for a viewing
Come and see the space in person before committing.
Confirm whether to proceed
Let us know if you'd like to go ahead.
Agree conditions of hire
Review and confirm the standard conditions of hire.
Pay your hire charge
Pay the hire fee to secure your date on the calendar.
Your Hire Day & After
Pay the refundable deposit
Due 2 weeks before your hire date (£50 daytime / £100 evening).
Our team welcomes you
A member of the team will be there to let you in and lock up.
Deposit returned
Returned within 3 days, subject to the condition of the Hub.
